Does it work with iPhone?

Yes, from iPhone 7 onwards. On phones without NFC, there is a QR code printed on the back.

No, it doesn't have a battery. Inside, there's a passive chip that only powers on when you bring a phone close to it.

Can I change what it shows?

Yes, as many times as you want. The object points to an address, and you decide what that address is.
