Returns policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find all the information about returns, refunds, and the right of withdrawal.

📅 1. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason, pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

⚠️ 2. Products excluded from withdrawal

Important: pursuant to article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalized. Therefore, items customized at the Customer's request (e.g., totems and keychains with personalized texts, images, logos, or NFC links) are not subject to the right of withdrawal, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.

✉️ 3. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal for eligible products, send a communication to [firevision3d@gamil.com] within 14 days, indicating the order number and the products you intend to return. You will receive instructions for the return.

💳 4. Return methods and conditions

The product must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging within 14 days of the withdrawal communication. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise specified. We recommend using tracked shipping: the product remains under your responsibility until it is received at our warehouse.

💸 5. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The refund includes the price of the product and any standard shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase, as required by law.

🔧 6. Defective or non-compliant products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or non-compliant product (including personalized products), please contact us within a reasonable time at firevision3d@gamail.com, attaching some photos of the defect. We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, in compliance with the 24-month legal warranty of conformity.
