The SOS card is designed for one thing: to get the information needed to help you to those who come to your rescue. For this reason, by design, it is readable by anyone who brings their phone near the keyring or scans the QR code: in an emergency, there's no time for passwords or permission requests.

You decide what to write: only include the information you truly want to make readable to an unknown rescuer. You enter the data after purchase, on the platform, where we ask for explicit consent for the processing of health-related data.

  • The card is public by design: the law states that anyone who brings a phone close to it doesn't need a password
  • The management area, where you edit the card, is protected by the credentials you choose
  • We process health data only on the basis of your explicit consent, which you can revoke at any time
  • You can edit, clear, or delete the card at any time
  • We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes
  • Our staff can only access your card if you ask us to for assistance

Yes. The keychain doesn't contain the data: it contains the link to your page, which opens online. It works practically everywhere there's reception, but it's good for you to know that.

Who can see my data?

Anyone who brings their phone close to the keyring. That's the purpose of the item: in an emergency, the first person to arrive needs to read it, without asking anyone for permission.

For this reason, only write what you truly want a stranger who is assisting you to read.

Do I need to install an app?

No, neither you nor the person assisting you. You manage the page from the browser, they open it from the browser.

What happens after the first year?

The platform renewal costs €9.90 per year. If you decide not to renew, the keychain remains yours: it simply stops updating the linked page.
