⏱️ How long does it take to receive my order?

Production times generally range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the product type and level of customization, plus shipping times.

🎨 Can I customize the product's design?

Yes. You can customize products with your logo, colors, and dedicated shapes. We will create the design according to your needs.

📲 Does NFC technology work with all smartphones?

It works with all Android smartphones and iPhones equipped with NFC. For maximum compatibility, we also integrate a QR Code, so the content is accessible from any device.

🔗 Can I change the NFC link later?

Yes, for compatible products, you can update the link connected to the NFC tag whenever you want, without changing the item.

📦 Do you handle bulk orders?

Yes. For large quantity orders, we prepare a dedicated offer: contact us with the details of your project.

✏️ Do you offer a custom design service?

Yes. We design the product to your specifications and show you a preview before proceeding with printing, to ensure the desired result.

🇮🇹 Are the products printed in Italy?

Yes, all our products are printed in Italy, in our workshop.

🚚 How does shipping work?

We ship to Italy (4-6 business days) and the rest of Europe. Exact times and costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

🔄 Can I return a product?

Standard products are covered by the right of withdrawal. Customized products are not refundable, except in the case of defects or non-conformity. You can find all the details on the Returns and Refunds page.

🛠️ What happens if I receive a damaged product?

Contact us with some photos of the defect: we will arrange for replacement or the most suitable solution at no additional cost.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other methods available at checkout.
