Privacy policy

This privacy policy describes how personal data of users browsing the website and purchasing products from Firevision3D is processed, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.

 

📋 2. Types of data collected

We collect data you provide directly to us and data collected automatically during browsing:

  • Contact and billing data: first name, last name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number.
  • Payment data: managed directly by payment circuits (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, cards). We do not store full card details.
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy).
  • Content for personalized products: texts, images, logos, or links (e.g., for NFC products) that you send us for the creation of custom items.

🎯 3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Order and payment management (performance of contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Customer support and order communications (performance of contract).
  • Tax and accounting compliance (legal obligation, Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Newsletter and commercial communications, only with prior consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which can be revoked at any time.
  • Website analysis and improvement (legitimate interest or consent for non-technical cookies).

🔒 4. Processing methods and retention

Data is processed using IT and telematic tools, adopting adequate security measures. Data related to orders is retained for the time necessary to manage the relationship and for legal obligations (generally 10 years for accounting and tax documents). Data processed based on consent is retained until consent is revoked.

🤝 5. Communication of data to third parties

Data may be communicated to entities that perform activities necessary for the execution of the service, as data processors: e-commerce platform (Shopify), couriers and shippers, payment service providers, review collection services (e.g., Judge.me), tax consultants. Data is not disseminated or transferred to third parties for their own purposes.

🌎 6. Transfer of data outside the EU

Some providers (e.g., Shopify) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer occurs in compliance with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).

You have the right to access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict or object to its processing, request its portability, and withdraw consent at any time.
