Shipping and Delivery

Below you will find all the information regarding shipping times, costs, and methods for Firevision3D products.

🌎 1. Shipping Areas

We ship to Italy. For shipments to other destinations, please contact us at firevision3d@gmail.com.

🛠️ 2. Preparation Times

Standard products are generally prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days from order confirmation. Customized products require additional processing time, usually 3-5 business days, depending on the complexity of the customization.

⏱️ 3. Delivery Times

Once shipped, the order is delivered by the courier within 2-4 business days for Italy. These times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (holidays, courier delays, etc.).

💰 4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination. E.g. Free shipping for orders over €50 / Fixed cost of €5.90.

📍 5. Courier and Tracking

Shipments are entrusted to Poste Italiane / BRT / GLS. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code to follow your order.
