Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products on the Firevision3D website. By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read and fully accepted these conditions.

📦 2. Products

The products for sale are 3D printed items, totems, and keychains, also with NFC technology, available in both standard and custom versions upon Customer request. Images and descriptions are indicative; slight variations in color, finish, or size due to the 3D printing process do not constitute a defect.

💰 3. Prices

All prices are expressed in Euro and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are indicated separately before order confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, subject to the price indicated at the time of the order.

📝 4. Conclusion of the contract and orders

The order sent by the Customer constitutes a purchase proposal. The contract is concluded with the sending of the order confirmation email by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders, incorrectly completed orders, or in case of unavailability of products.

✨ 5. Customized products

For products customized at the Customer's request (with texts, images, logos, or NFC links provided by the Customer), the Customer guarantees to have the right to use the provided content and not to infringe the rights of third parties. Production begins after content confirmation; for such products, the right of withdrawal is not provided (see Returns and Refunds page).

💳 6. Payments

Payments can be made using the methods indicated during checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, Shopify Payments, PayPal). Transactions are securely managed by the respective circuits; the Seller does not retain complete payment instrument data.

🚚 7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping methods, times, and costs are indicated on the Shipping page and during checkout. Delivery times are indicative and may vary for customized products.

🔄 8. Withdrawal, returns, and legal warranty

The consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase as provided by the Consumer Code, with the exceptions indicated on the Returns and Refunds page. All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity of 24 months provided by articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

⚖️ 9. Applicable law and competent court

This contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer is competent. The European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform is also available: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
